I love the free cookies that Kashi gives, I also like their granola bars. High in protein and fiber, low in calories, and they really are filling. I <3 Kashi.
I love how the background you use is green- I've heard in advertising classes that green is a very "edible" color. The fresh looking color combined with the cranola image on top makes it a very appealing blog!
